Commercial flooring installation and replacement for offices, retail stores, medical practices, restaurants and other business interiors. Salem Developments works with owners, property managers and general contractors across Greater St. Louis.

Flooring-only projects welcome. Request installation of LVT/LVP, carpet tile, ceramic or porcelain tile, and commercial sheet vinyl, with removal, floor preparation, base and transitions clearly defined in your proposal. Commercial projects only—not residential flooring, retail material sales or small repair calls.

Have drawings or a finish schedule? Email them to salemdevelopments@gmail.com with the project address, approximate floor area and required completion date.

Flooring packages we price

  • Commercial LVT and LVP installation for offices, retail areas, corridors and reception spaces.

  • Carpet-tile installation and replacement for offices, meeting rooms and commercial tenant spaces.

  • Ceramic and porcelain floor tile for commercial entries, restrooms and other specified areas.

  • Commercial sheet vinyl, plus rubber or vinyl base, reducers and transitions.

  • Existing flooring removal, adhesive removal, patching and leveling where required by the agreed flooring system.

Built around your commercial project

Owners and property managers: request a site review for a planned flooring replacement, tenant turnover or occupied-space project. Phasing, furniture handling, after-hours access and protection of adjacent areas are reviewed and priced when required—not assumed to be included.

General contractors: send the latest plans, finish schedule, addenda, requested scope and bid deadline. We can price a defined flooring subcontract package for your St. Louis project. Owner-supplied material and furnish-and-install arrangements are reviewed separately.

Clear scope before installation

Your proposal identifies the flooring material and installation scope, removal and disposal, preparation allowances, base and transitions, and any access or schedule requirements. Substrate conditions, moisture testing or mitigation, material availability and manufacturer requirements are reviewed before final scope and scheduling are agreed.

Hazardous-material testing or abatement, structural slab repairs and MEP demolition are excluded unless specifically listed. MEP includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low voltage, data, security and fire alarm systems. Specialty epoxy and polished-concrete systems are not part of this advertised installation package.

Request your commercial flooring estimate

Send your project city or ZIP, business or GC name, flooring type, approximate square footage, existing-floor conditions and target schedule. Include plans when available; a site review can establish the scope when drawings are not ready.

On our quote form, select Commercial Flooring Installation / Replacement. Please include a phone number so we can clarify the scope. Select Need scope review if a construction budget is not established. Project acceptance and scheduling are subject to scope, location and availability.

Greater St. Louis service area

This flooring campaign serves St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Projects beyond these areas are reviewed individually.
