Selected Commercial Project Experience
Salem Developments is building its commercial portfolio around tenant improvements, interior construction and selective demolition. The examples below are presented without client branding and focus on the construction scope delivered or contracted.
Commercial Site Demolition - Maryland Heights, Missouri
Salem completed a commercial parking-lot and site-demolition package in Maryland Heights supporting new concrete and site improvements.
Full-depth asphalt removal at new concrete areas
Asphalt-curb and curb demolition at planned replacement limits
Transformer-pad demolition
Wire-backed silt fence and inlet-protection erosion controls
Curb-trench excavation and utility-aware field coordination
Haul-off, disposal and phased site access coordination
Restaurant Tenant Improvement - Ellisville, Missouri
Salem was retained for a multi-trade restaurant tenant-improvement package in Ellisville. The work required coordination with an active construction schedule and brand-specific interior requirements.
Metal framing and gypsum wallboard
Acoustical ceiling tile
Blocking and interior carpentry support
Painting and exterior finish coordination
Tectum / specialty ceiling labor
Interior trade sequencing and material planning
Commercial Scope Profile
In addition to the examples above, Salem routinely estimates and coordinates office, medical, retail, restaurant, franchise, recreation and commercial-facility scopes throughout Greater St. Louis. Project references, W-9, COI and vendor/prequalification documentation are available upon request.
For projects where Salem is not the prime general contractor, we can provide a defined multi-trade interior package to the national or regional GC rather than competing with the prime relationship.
